RETURNS, Refunds and Exchages
Terms and Conditions
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange regardless of condition of the received product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Merchandise sold at Trail’s Rated is offered through a print-on-demand service. Because of the Nature of print-on-demand business, we do not stock inventory or offer returns or exchanges on merchandise unless the product received has manufacturing errors (such as printing damage, wrong image, etc) or is not the product that was ordered. If the product received matches the product ordered, and it is devoid of manufacturing damage, all sales are final.
We do not offer any returns on any Merchandise due to a change in buyers preference or errors by the purchaser during the purchase process . This includes but is not limited to:
- Buyers Remorse
- Perceived poor fit
- Change of color or design preference
- Change of clothing style preference
- Ordered too many
- Ordered the wrong item
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If a refund is issued, please allow up to 30 days to receive your funds. if after 30 days, you do not believe you’ve received your refund, please:
- Verify it has been 30 days since the date of the issuance of the refund, not the date of the sale
- Verify with your Bank or Credit Card company that the funds have not been received and/or are not on hold.
- Verify you have contacted the Bank or Credit card company that was used to purchase the item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Exchanges
If the item meets the criteria for returns stated above, and was marked as a gift when purchased by another individual and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, and confirmed to have manufacturing damage, a gift certificate or replacement product will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Returns
Shipping cost to return product will only be refunded upon written authorization of a representative of Trials Rated. If shipment of returned product is authorized, Trails Rated will provide the shipping method and provider details at it’s sole discretion. If you choose to utilize a different method to return the product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs not authorized in writing are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
